This modern, detached holiday villa is suitable for up to 6 people. With a spacious living room with a large open kitchen with cooking island, you have enough space and luxury to enjoy your holiday. The entire living room has underfloor heating and there is a smart TV in the seating area. In the luxurious open kitchen you can make a delicious cup of coffee or tea, the dishwasher will do the dishes for you and you can make the most delicious casseroles in the oven. Thanks to the practical, well-thought-out layout, the holiday home has a spacious character, but everything is on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds (which can be placed together), a bedroom with a double box spring bed and 1 bedroom is equipped with a cross-over bunk bed, which is great for the children! There is also a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double sink. The toilet is deliberately separate next to the bathroom.

Outside

The holiday home is located on a very spacious plot of 1000m2 with space for 2 cars at the house. There is plenty of privacy and you can enjoy yourself in the spacious garden. With furnished terrace you can sit in the sun. In the garden there are all kinds of hiding places for the children, a natural playground and a trampoline.

Extra

There is a charging station for the electric car that you can use for a fee. And you can of course use WiFi for free.

There is also a shed where you can store bicycles, for example. There are two sockets for charging e-bikes.
